![]() After a scheduled week off for Loudon, we settle in for the heat of the summer with Newport Chevrolet Buick GMC Night. Our title sponsor will be on hand with several vehicles for what is shaping up to be an action-packed night of racing. They will also be raffling off a Big Deal Plus which includes 3 years of maintenance and other great benefits – a $ 2,470 value. The headliner of the night is the Cody Lafont Memorial Twin 25’s presented by Blue Springs Ice, Gomer’s Trucking, Joe’s Family Car Care, Marro Home Center, Kidder’s Automotive, Wade’s Ice Cream, and the Lafont family. This special event for the T-Bird Mini Mart Wildcats will be run in two segments with a trophy and bonus money awarded to each segment winner. After the first segment, the field is inverted and after the 2nd segment, the lowest average finish is declared the winner. The winner’s take is $ 500. 24 drivers are eligible to compete in the event with a minimum of $ 100 to take the green. Greg Millette, Dale Squires Jr., Kodi Sabins, and Zach Lyn have all visited KIXX Victory Lane this season.
