CLAREMONT, N.H. – Ricky Bly and Ben Poland will be cranking up their rivalry when the Route 103 Auto Late Model Sportsmen square off in three 20-lap features Friday, June 11, at Claremont Motorsports Park.
Bly and Poland both won their second feature event of the summer a week ago at the Thrasher Road speedplant and, while Bly will enter Friday’s racing with the slimmest of championship points leads, Poland will be chomping at the bit to unseat him atop the leader board.
And, while potent pair is always among the top performers in the exciting LMS field, they’re hardly the whole show. Opening night winner Dallas Trombley will be looking for his second victory lap of the season but to reach that goal he’ll have to outrun a field that includes not only Poland and Bly, but hard chargers Ryan Bell, Tyler Lescord, Hayden Scott and many others.
Friday’s event at CMP – the seventh of the 2021 season – will include five divisions of exciting NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series competition. Along with the Late Model Sportsmen, the Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Pure Stocks – more than 30 strong – and Six Shooters will also be in action.
Post time each Friday at Claremont Motorsports Park is 7:30 p.m.
