Mother Nature Wins Wicked Wednesday at Claremont Motorsports Park
Claremont, NH — After closely monitoring the national weather forecast throughout the morning, Claremont Motorsports Park officials have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Wicked Wednesday racing program. Severe storms are expected to move into the area between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., leaving no safe or practical window to complete the full event.
“Being a Wednesday night show, the timing of the storms just doesn’t allow us to run the complete program in a safe manner for our fans and competitors,” track officials stated. “We were really looking forward to this event, and we share in the disappointment of our race teams and fans.”
Claremont Motorsports Park encourages everyone to follow the track’s social media pages and website for updates, including potential make-up dates for the affected events.
Again, tonight’s Wicked Wednesday program has been canceled due to rain. We thank everyone for their understanding and continued support.
